The transformation referred to as Close Care focuses on addressing individual needs and abilities while promoting health in various ways. Care and support need to come closer to citizens and make them more involved. A strengthened primary care, provided by both regions and municipalities, forms the hub of close care. Specialized care needs to be transformed into more open forms of care and offered in new ways.

We are now looking for two regional coordinators in the area of:

• Eastern Norrbotten (Kalix, Haparanda, Överkalix, Övertorneå)
• Northern Norrbotten (Gällivare, Kiruna, Pajala, Jokkmokk)

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with a healthcare education and/or other training and experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You are development-oriented and see challenges as opportunities, driven to improve processes and working methods together with others. You recognize that the digital world creates opportunities and contributes to the development of modern services and healthcare offerings tailored to users' needs.

You see opportunities and build relationships, and have a communicative and collaborative approach. As a person, you are structured and driven, capable of independently planning, coordinating, implementing, and following up on activities and assignments towards set goals. We prefer that you have previous experience leading improvement and development work within healthcare and possess knowledge of close care, person-centered care, and flow-oriented working methods. Previous managerial experience is an advantage. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.


This is what you will work with

Region Norrbotten is on an exciting journey of change in the transition to a new healthcare system, and we are looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of health and care. As a regional coordinator, you will belong to the Development Office for Close Care, which is part of the regional director's staff. The Development Office will coordinate, support, and follow up on the transition to good and close care within the region. As a regional coordinator, you will support the operations in realizing the county's strategy Together for Close Care in Norrbotten.

Your tasks will include supporting operations in transitioning to new working methods, conducting flow mapping, holding training sessions, and developing materials for the transition to close care. You will also support the area manager within the region-driven primary care in coordinating regional collaboration and patient councils. You are expected to have close cooperation with the municipalities' process leaders for Close Care.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position at the Development Office for Close Care, located within the area of Eastern or Northern Norrbotten. Travel is required for the position. Please indicate your preferred location in your application.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
